I think if you really adore him you should tell him. Or hint at it [you know cuz of the whole rejection thing]. And I don't think it matters who says it first as long as you both feel the same way.

see iv known him a year and from the first time everything i said he took it to heart.. and i told him he had to change for me... you know his bad habbits.. and a year later he called a changed man and we have been dating 3 months now.. and see the first time we dated a year ago he told me loved me.. and i told him when he got to know me better come back and tell me he loves me... but i have fallen head over heels in love with him!! and i dont know if he thinks he tells me he loves me that it will scare me off again.. but it soo wont...
