I know this is probably off topic and I didn't know which forum to ask it in but does anyone know a free way to hide your IP address?

I put this add-on that Firefox had but I don't know how to use it because I don't know how to use the proxy. It's suppose to hide your IP.

Use a proxy, I know everyone has already told you this. I think that the best thing you can do is read abotu it. There is so much information on proxies. I'm not about to type it out when you can find it yourself. Here are some websites that teach you how:
