You can still get STDs from oral sex. Trust me, I've seen some really nasty shiznit. If it's something that you really don't know much about, go to a reliable source and get some more information... this isn't really the greatest place to reliable information.

I would hope that there's enough common sense in your head to not freely give out blow jobs and to know that your guy is free of STDs before you do anything. It just doesn't make any sense to me why you would give a blow job with a condom on, otherwise.
