The 360 went through a price drop like, back in August or something, so now they're $349.99 for the regular system with 20 GB hard drive. Of course, the Halo 3 special edition's still $400 and the Elite is still $450.

just wanted to come out and say call of duty 4 is the best FPS at this time in my opinion. halo 3 was nice and great but wow this game really blew me away. this could be the one that breaks my addiction from world of warcraft

Call of Duty isn't really my type of game, maybe if I was in to playing on xbox live I would like it more, but just playing through the game its short and not worth it.

While I love it and have played it often (my friend brings it over or I go to his house) I don't actually own it. I will soon though.

Oh, and someone said it's better than Halo 3? I'm assuming you mean better in the Multiplayer sense. I don't know... Now, it's a great game, don't get me wrong, but whenever I play it, after awhile I think to myself "I miss Halo." It just doesn't have that addictive value that Halo has. I can play Halo for, literally, hours and hours and hours and never get bored. COD4? Not so much. I played Halo 3 for 17 hours straight once and still didn't want to put it down. My body made me do it. haha.

Anyway, yes, COD4 is AMAZING, and I've always been a COD fan since the first. This was definitely a title I was looking forward to from the first announcement, and it didn't let me down in any aspect.
