hahahah, ohhh. thanks for that. i didn't test it out in IE, and in my mozilla browser that IS transparent.

now i have no clue how to fix that.

I really like this

I'm using Firefox, and the background on the links is white for me.

Other than that, its a nice layout. This probably should've been in Showcase booth. But since you are changing the layout, I will leave it here.
