a girl and guy were speeding over 100 mph on the road...

*Girl hugs him*
Guy: Can u take my helmet off & put it on? It's buggin me.

*In the paper the next day: A motorcycle had crashed into a building because of break failure. 2 ppl were on it but only 1 survived.

*The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized that his breaks broke, but he didn't want 2 let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him & felt her hug 1 last time, then had her wear his helmet so that she would live even though it meant that he would die.

That's sad. But at the same time it's really dumb. You could stop your bike by falling or running into something soft like grass or rubbing the side of your wheels on the curb. If he really loved the girl he woulda done something to save her from dying..

no the gurl didnt die ^^ He told her to take off his helmet and put it on herself... she was the one who survived cuz he gave her his helmet... I've heard this before and it's pretty sad... :(

That's a sad story. Gets to me everytime I read it, although I have read it like a million times.

The guy could've just stopped accelerating and steered his motorcycle into a grassy meadow or something. That could've slowed him down.

But then again, I see why he did that.

I still don't believe it.. It seems too lovey-dovey to be real..

i've read that many times before; it's unrealistic but sad. i would doubt that something like that would happen. dunno, there's a lot of corny stories like that out there. corny but worthy of a hopeless romantic's time.

Honestly? I think if they were going over 100 mph. on a motorcycle and hit something, they'd both be dead, helmet or not.
