i have tan skin
so maybe not so much white-blonde color
..mybe tips from that white-blode fading to my natural color
my hair is straight btw

I really really am attracted to girls taht have choppy hair that cuts off at their mid neck, and have blond on the outside and dark on the underside of their hair. It's freaking adorable.

^ ya didn't kelly clarkson start that fad or whatever something similar.. you're hair looks way prettier AS IT IS.
it will really damage your hair if you want to use a curling iron everyday like that girl probably does..

idk about the highlights, but I think you should definitely get some layers.

your hair is gorgeous as is! that hair style doesn't fit your face shape anyway - and the highlights are so ... way back when.

just get a bunch of layers. a simple v shape in the back would look lovely. plus it's versatile.. it looks good both straight and cury.

You should try straightening your hair. It seems to be the in thing these days.
