i put a script to remove the top links (http://www.createblog.com/scripts/script.php?id=288)
into my Look&Feel Create a Custom Header -> Site Name section

as you know, when you do that, the preview shows right under it.
As a result, everything under that preview on Look&Feel page disappeared, meaning that there is no more "Save Settings" "Cancel" "reset to Default" icons on the bottom

I know i should have put in "Input your Own Header"
but i made a mistake

Try going to your CLAF and just removing the code from Create a Custom Header, or selecting Input your own Header HTML instead.

i can select the "Input your own Header HTML" but once again,
the Look&Feel page is 'cut off' so I cant scroll down anymore.
there is no "Save Changes" icon that i can click

and the page does not auto-save it by itself so the rest of the Look&Feel page does not appear when i try those options

Have you tried loading it in a different browser?

It may just be a xanga error wait it out a few days and then maybe contact them
