i'm just wondering if anyone on here from like different parts of the world have heard about her. i live in the same town as she does and it's a major story here [obviously.] but i heard someone say today that her story is getting GLOBAL attention. so if you've heard of her and live in different places, please respond.

I've never heard of her, but the only person that I know that's missing is Maddie something. I forgot her last name, but I'm not sure if she's found yet. Do you have an article about her missing? or if there are any new updates? And where do you live exactly? Sorry for all the questions.

It is global. I have heard about her on CNN or MSNBC, but I am not really familiar with the story.

oh well if you're not familiar with the story you can google it or here's my quick overview:

stacy is a 23 year old woman who went missing about 2 weeks ago. her husband who is WAY older than her is a police officer in the town i live in. not that suspicious until you consider the fact that she is his 4th wife and his third wife "accidently" drowned in a completely dry tub. now, they're opening up the third wife's case and exhuming her body.

sounds just like a lifetime movie...

God damn. That's crazy. It most definitely probably has something to do with him. He's probably only being a police officer to cover up to make him look "innocent."

well he's a veteran police officer i think he's been one for a while. and they have named him as a suspect.

There's a new development in the case!

So, the body of Drew Peterson's third wife was exhumed and examined. And, yesterday on the new's, they announced that the 3rd wife was MURDERED! The bathtub was used as a coverup! And Drew's second wife has been talking to the media about how Drew was a violent person. I seriously doubt that they'll find Stacy alive now :( She's a beautiful person so I'll try to have some hope :)

Yeah my mum was telling me about it since she lives near area she lived at.

we think the husband had something to do with it.Seeing that his ex wife magically drowned but there was no water and shit.And that both ladies either died or in stacys case missing when they told him they wanted a divorce.

and the emails with the escalating violence is a giveaway too.

Yeah!! She lived around the corner from my friend, right in the same town as me. I've Mr. Peterson's son but I didn't think brining it up would be a very good idea. The news coverage over here is appauling. My friend can't get sleep b/c they had those news towers up for the longest.

The only response I really have to it is that I think she might have run away herself, but I've talked to people that knew her and they said she would never leave her kids. It really gets me wondering what they've asked our high school principle since he lives really close to them and of course Peterson's son goes to the school.
