you could just do that with the pen tool. im not sure it's an actual brush.

thanks for replying, i dont know how to do it with the pen tool, and i need it in a bigger size, like double the size of this 1.

if you want it bigger, it would HAVE to be done with the pen tool. there may be a few tutorials on using the pen tool on cb.

You can always go over to "Need Imagepacks" thread and ask about that brush there, someone may have them.
