Um so how do you use Roms? I mean I just downloaded Marvel Vs Capcom and I can't get it to work. Help.

Seriously I have no Idea, I read all these things and saved it into a folder.And when I downloaded the files I dowloaded ZIP Files.

Well, you're going to have to find out. I can't help you if you don't know what system the ROM is for. Essentially, you need an emiluator to mimic the system that the ROM is for.
Example: MarioParty64 would need a Nintendo64 Emulator.
Click on that and start hunting for an emulator that works with your ROMS. Open your ROMS using the emulator program you download. I would suggest doing a little bit of research before downloading a NEoGeo emulator to make sure you have a good one.
