I personally hate them. For the first three days of my period, I live on Ibuprophen and Midol. They're that bad.

Some of my friends get sick.

I usually don't get bad cramps, just a sort of dull, persistent ache in my lower back. There was only one time that I had really bad cramps, in 7th grade. I wanted to cry at that time. But since then, I've been lucky enough to have mild to no cramps.

The only time I really got bad cramps was my first time. It was on picture day and I had to go home early because they hurt so much. Since then it's only slight pain or none at all.

Same here. I don't get cramps that often, I get back pain more. My cramps are just weird little uncomfortable pains.

I don't get bad cramps, thankfully. And right now, I don't get any at all. It's sort of a bitter sweet situation.

I rarely cramp, but if i do, then it's like a total ALL OUT PAIN session full of me rolling around in bed crying...LOL seriously.

Period cramps can get pretty bad, but they're not nearly as bad as cramps from a miscarriage--worst cramps ever.

Sometimes I'm bed-ridden for a day because of cramps. I literally cannot move; absolute agony. It's something to do with being on a 35 day cycle (5 weeks instead of the more regular 4 weeks).

Electric blankets and hot water bottles work wonders though.

same here. they get really bad sometimes. i hate how it feels like something is putting pressure on u. the pain also goes down my thighs.

Whenever I do get cramps they're usually really bad ones, too. I don't know if I'd rather get light cramps than go a long while without having them and then getting really bad ones.

I usually only need midol the first day. after that im fine. Its usually not that bad either except for the times i get sick. :[

I haven't had cramps the past few months but when I did get them they were HORRIBLE. I used to have to go home early from school because I couldn't concentrate and they hurt so bad. I take ibuprofen, lay in bed with a heating pad, listen to music, and try to find a comfortable position to sleep in (usually involves curling up in a ball) and sometimes i would puke just because I got so shaky from them.

Guys have nothing to complain about.

i pretty much never get cramps, and don't really have any other side effects. but lately, i think due to college stress, i've been getting a dull ache in my abdomen whenever i get my period.

i get horrible cramps. they are so intense it feels like being stabbed constantly. and i have my period for ten days and they get worse and worse each day. i hate my period

I get cramps on the second day of my period. Midol is my best friend during that day. :(

My cramps arent killers, but they hurt

I rarely get cramps, thank goodness, but when I do they hurt so bad; pain killers usually help me tho
