I just emailed the support people for my zenstone that die on me. i gave them my serial number and they say they could replace a new one for me. They asked me to fill out my name, address delivery, description of the zenstone such as color n stuff, my phone number, and other crap. Does this mean i'll be getting a new one mailed to me? That should mean they are mailing a new one. Why else would they ask for your delivery address? After you filled it out, you should have asked them if they were going to mail a new one for you. How long have you had your zenstone? Usually you only have a certain amount of time to replace it with a new one. (like 1 year, 2 years, etc)
