Am I the only one that uses the program Paint.NET? I was looking for good programs free from the internet, and this one is AWESOME. Probably not as good as Photoshop, but it's pretty amazing for FREE.

i have this program. i used to use it alot, but then in got paint shop pro.

I used to use it a long time ago when I didn't have photoshop. It bugged me though, for some reason, so I switched to gimp. gimp is actually pretty good for a free program if you know how to use it. :O Though I haven't used it in a while so I don't remember anything anymore ahaha.

I had that on my computer. I miss my computer. My dad has some other odd little program on his computer that confuses me to no end. It's called xara or something like that. I should have payed attention to how he used it. He made neat things with it, I can't do squat and their help they give confuses me.

I vaguely remember something called paint. net, though I could just be imagining.

You're welcome! And I made one background that they didn't think was too boring, so you can look for it under "Graphics" on CreateBlog. I've made lots of backgrounds, but they thought some of them weren't interesting enough. ><

I don't think you can use brushes. :/ I think that may be just photoshop. But I don't really know.

its a simple paint program.
its not a simple as ms paint,
but its still simple so there arent any cool brushes.

I like it. It's not so simple that it's crappy, but it's not so complex that I don't know what to do. :o

Yeah, I did. I took that from another picture, though. Haha.

I use Paint.net for my layouts. XD But intergrating gimp with it.

i love this program!! it actually helped me to practice learning the whole "layer" concept and filters and effects on photoshop. it's easy and fun! if you dont have it-get it!

I have it and I love it I used Paint.NET to create my profile picture on here and my banner and background. My last submission I also made with Paint.NET. I still don't have photo shop or paint shop pro yet. So this will do till then.

I'm pretty sure I used it... It's from Microsoft and it came out with .NET for microsoft users.

i used to use it before i got photoshop, it was better than gimp: gimp was to confusing it didn't last a day in my computer

I never heard of it but I have a friend who uses gimp and she actually uses it to make layouts that are of nice quality.

Never heard of it. I prefer Gimp. It has Photoshop and many other programs combined to it. It's confusing when you start, but it's very handy. And plus, it's much faster to load than most.

Well Paint.net is alright.. To me the UI was confusing..


The only free program that I used was Photofiltre and the Photofiltre PRO, but then I got Photoshop..

For free...its a good program :D
