Uhm, Iinstalled the hardware and when I opened the program to put the songs in it, it said the hardware wasn't found. Is there something wrong with it?

That used to happen to me a lot.. I don't remember what I did to make it work though. I can't even find my USB cable, so I've got songs in my mp3 player that are 2 years old and worn out.

Hmm, yeah, perhaps. But when I checked the driver was found. But when I went to put the songs in, it said that the driver wasn't found.

you may need to uninstall the software and then install the software. Many things i've bought involve you having to install the drivers first, and then the software.
