Yep. When I say my name in Chinese, it's pronounced as "zhou" but when said in English, it's pronounced "chow/chao". Jou/Zhou/Chou is all the same too.

Aww I don't think it's as bad as you guys say it is. I heard this song when it first leaked a while ago and of course I was like WTF IS HE DOING, but hey, it's really catchy ;). And apparently he invested a lot of time into it like building the diner, etc. The dancing is kind of cool...I guess. The chorus is basically the same line "don't be bothered by it." In the beginning he says, "here I am to introduce myself" and goes on hella rants or whatever. The line after that goes;

Heh it was created cause Jay Chou always received a lot of critic about how his songs were always "the same style." He made this to crack people up and try out something new. Not bad though.

The song and video are goofy as hell. There's just no denying that. He does seem to be having fun with it though, and really, I think that's the point. There might be some "reinventing" or this "mixing it up" concept involved, but I don't think that one song will ruin his career. Besides, as retarded as I felt watching this video, it did make me smile. XD

Don't get me wrong - I'm still a fan of Jay Chou. Its just the previous video that really shook me.
But now that I got it out of my system..its not that bad. I can see how he made it just for fun.
