If I'm not thinking of someone else (there're too many characters) I think she played for a Quidditch team but came back to fight in the Battle of Hogwarts.

Edit: I think Ginny played for a Quidditch team. I can't find it anywhere and the book didn't mention it, I don't think. Saving it for the encyclopedia I guess.

Yeah, both Ginny and Cho played.

I am pretty sure Ginny beat Cho, as seeker once.

It didn't say she died so I guess she lived.

Yeah, Ginny is a Quidditch player; she joined the Holyhead Harpies (of whom I think she had a poster on her bedroom wall in the seventh book), and after a few successful years she retired from the team and became Senior Quidditch Correspondent for the Daily Prophet.

Cho Chang married a Muggle...interesting.

Neville and Hannah Abbott got married that's cute. I can totally see the compatibility, but I don't remember it ever being hinted at, so that's a pleasant surprise.

And, something that I didn't see coming: Dumbledore was gay.
Apparently, he had an unrequited love affair with Grindelwald.
I wish JKR had revealed this earlier, even after the sixth book when he died...I always did wonder why Dumbledore never had a significant other...

WTF... I figured they loved each other as friends or something; just a platonic love relationship but an unrequited love affair? Again, wtf?!

^ Don't worry about it, it doesn't take an official announcement on a character's sexuality for fan-fiction kids to do a bunch of slash fics. They just do it anyway. Have you SEEN the number of Draco/Harry fics? Disturbing.

i know ! crazy that dumbledore's gay. But I really think she wasnt trying to put any hints in the book because then her sales would of went down slightly. But hey if she confirms it then its all good.

that twist just makes you wonder about all the other characters.

It almost seems as if JKR made Dumbledore gay as an afterthought once the series ended, even though she says that she's always thought of him that way. Some people are extremely surprised, yet some aren't, and say they could've seen it coming.

I wish that she had revealed this in the very beginning! But instead of it being "revealed", it would have just been another description to add to his character.
