Perhaps you both should read what the registration page says; something like the board administrator isn't accepting new registrations at the time. In short, Jusun hasn't turned registration back on since the whole fiasco.

i dont know why this was closed. i temporarily disabled new registrations until i was sure all accounts were restored (to avoid duplicate accounts). new registrations are open now, so your friend can register now. =)
