If I could take my virginity back would I? As a matter of fact I would. Looking back on my sexual histroy, I can definitely say, that I did not have a connection emotionally with any of the girls I had/have sex with.
Blaqheartedstar
lost it at 18, well... still 18 now
with the dude? nah we broke up because i pretty much never made an effort to be much of a girlfriend
regret it? nope... it wasn't anything special and i already knew it wouldn't be so no point in assuming it would be the best thing in the world.

For all the people who are saying that people should wait til marriage...
look at adam and eve...
and if you love someone why not go for it?

...Maybe that has something to do with Adam and Eve being the only two people on the face of the planet. Vicars, churches, witnesses and ceremonies with triangular sandwitches would have been hard to come by.

I'll be hitting the 18+ button - I'm 20 this year.

i'm 18. i haven't lost my virgnity yet but i'm not saving it for marriage either. haha i've been dating this guy for over a year and he's not. but i guess i'm waiting for the right moment. if i happen to not do it until marriage. then i guess that's how it flows.
ChanelAddict87
Great answers! Congrats on holding on to your virginity. Don't let any guy hit it lol... I hate whores.
Something Vague
13-15? That's a pretty skanky move.

UNDER 13? Gross!!
haylerbird
I see it as a penis in a vagina.
Nothing special.

I feel sorry for you sad.gif

im not a virgin, but i am by no means a whore. I lost it this year and I know that sex isn't what my boyfriends after. I think if you want to wait, you should but it honestly is your decison whether or not to "do it" and dont do it because of pressure or because you feel like you HAVE to...fall in love first. Its so much better when you love and trust someone.
absinthe
18, and still a virgin.

i don't necessarily feel like waiting till marriage, but finding the right guy is definitely important.

I'm fifteen and still a virgin.
I plan to keep it that way, at least until I'm eighteen. :)
YumiTsubaki
I've hugged my boyfriend and blew an air kiss at him, but I have yet to hold hands with a guy, much less have sex with him.

I'm thirteen. :3

I'm with S-Majere on this one. Not exactly the waiting until marriage, but the fact that it means something. I don't think it should just be something you do because everyone else does. I would definitely regret it if I lost my virginity right now at 15, even if it was with the 'right' person. I mean, what even is the right person when you're fifteen? It's probably that boy/girl that youve been dating for however many months that, in a few years, you probably won't be with anymore.
I'm not criticizing anyone that's lost their virginity, it's just my view.
I'm most certainly waiting. And I know I'm going to be waiting a long time because I want it to be special. Not just something that happened.
Am I making sense?

As for the people who argue the 'try it before you buy it' point, I completely dissagree. A marriage is a partnership where both of you love each other unconditionally.
Sex shouldn't matter. It's sort of just the icing on the cake.
illriginal
15 with a 17 year old. Yeah I know hypocritical, kinda regret it but then again... I don't since I learned how to "twurk" it in bed.

I lost my virginity my first year in college at age 16

Yes I started school at age 5 instead of 6 (birthday after sept. 1st rule) & I skipped a grade. I did joint college enrollment my senior year. I started summer school in May 2005 right after graduation & I could've graduated this May @ 19yrs if I hadn't transferred & added a 2nd major so now I'll be still on time according to my educational path & graduating Dec 2009 at age 21. And that is possible for anyone who has the drive to do so, thank you.

Virginity is overrated IMO.

Plus first times generally suck. A lot. Especially when it's virgin-on-virgin action. Why would you want your first sexual experience with the person you're going to spend the rest of your life with to be an awful, awkward one?

Think of it as being in training. wink.gif

You like my lil insults, don't you? wink.gif

I personally haven't lost my virginity yet, nor am I saving it. I used to be one of those people who wanted to wait until marriage, before I actually got into a relationship that I became serious about -- not those "flings". Lack of birth control pills and my boyfriend's refusal to use a condom is pretty much the only reason why we haven't done it, though we have done everything else. I don't count that as taking my virginity though. He's pretty cool with waiting it out and not rushing into things, so I respect him for that.
Sandraaa
Erm, why won't you boyfriend use condoms? Why won't you take birth control pills? Why don't you use condoms?
PinkDinosaur
totaly wish i saved it ... he turned out to be a right perv stubborn.gif

if you have a brother, you should not even think about sex until the age of... death, or until your brothers death. if you dont have a brother, its all game!
i_love_billie_joe
i think to stay a virgin is to stay strong to your beliefs/ relgion/ choice/ etc because it is a hard thing to stick to.
and to lose your virginity before marrige is ok to, after all its your body, no body is in control of it exept you, and who you give it to is for you to decide

neither is wrong, its just a matter of choice and what you see is suitable for yourself. Although, myself speaking im not a virgin im happily sleeping with my boyfriend who i love, people who do wait for their wedding night to come around to lose thier virginity may be disapointed beacuse its not all beautiful and wonderfull like u may think, its actually some-what a struggle the first time.. but then again, personal choice!

I am 16 and still a virgin. I was raised in a religious family being taught to save it until marriage. I always planned on saving it but lately I don't know anymore. My boyfriend and I have been dating for a little over 1 year and 3 months [he too was raised in a religious family learning to wait until marriage.] and if down the road we have been going out for about 2.5-3 years or something like that, it's bound to happen. If I've dated him that long I know I won't regret it. I'd love for him to be my first. ohh temption.
Vyrrei
Lost it at 16.

No regrets. :P

16.
A week short of being 17.
I was with the guy for over a year and a half.
And two months later, *Oh, I know, such a long time*, I'm still with him.

I trust him.
He didn't rush me.
In fact, he's the one going
"Are you sure? We can wait.."

I was raised in a strict family. The thing was, we were never taught not to have sex. I never heard the words come out of my moms mouth. I twas my youth group pastor that bought it up to me. I still DO believe in wating until marriage. The only regret I have is I have nothing to give my husband that is his only on my wedding night.

LOL riiiiight.

I have two older brothers who are super over protective of me. If they see a guy looking at me they have a problem. That's why there's such a thing as a 'secret' thumbsup.gif

I lost mine when I was 13 to my boyfriend at the time.

When I was younger I wanted to save myself for the right guy, but then as I got older I just decided that the only thing I'm saving for the right guy is marriage.

Do I regret losing my virginity so young? Not at all. I thought it was the right thing to do at the time, and why would you regret something that you were all for at one point?
rockable
Im 16.. and waiting for the right guy thanks very much. :P

My boyfriend and I have just recently had a sex talk- about whether or not we were ready for it, etc. I'm still a virgin and he is not. To us, sex is a big deal. A very big deal that should only be shared between two people who really love each other and plan on spending the rest of their lives together. I'm confindent that my boyfriend is the guy that I'm going to marry, and I know he feels the same about me. I'm not necessarily waiting until marriage, just until I feel right about it. Right now, I'm just not ready.

Yes, you're still a virgin.
You're not a virgin if you had intercourse.

I am a virgin. I plan on staying that way until I know I'm good and ready with my boyfriend. I also want to wait until I'm more mature, and older.
