Why didn't you just do it like they did with Trish and put her on People Staff and Design Staff. Ten times easier.

Why couldn't you just make the primary People Staff and the secondary Design Staff? Why create a new group for nothing?

I tried doing that, it didn't work for getting her access to the queue.

This is just a temporary arrangement. We didn't want to make Holly wait for her People Staff switch, but we also wanted her to be able to do queue training.

Head Staff hasn't been discussed yet.

But wouldn't have made sense to just make her Head Staff for the time being?

She had already made the account for the "queue trainer". In theory, that was going to be an account to do just that, queue training. Unfortunately, I can't get her access to the queue. She was already logged into that account, so I made it Design Staff.

Again, this isn't even going to exist for that long.

Also, I felt weird promoting someone to Head Staff just to demote them, especially since eventually we need to fill a Head Staff position. It was awkward to me. I could be wrong, but it's just how I felt - weird. I guess it's weird either way, but it's done now and won't even be an issue after training is over.

*Shrug, I'm not that concerned about it. I just needed to see the queue for the training is all, and I mean head staff mask over my regular screen name would have been fine, but we just went with this route.

I definitely understand your frustration! I mean, you are a very talented individual and Holly will just bring you down. Keep up the good work, though.

Sarah (S-Majere) has stepped down from her Administrator position due to the lack of/limited internet access. She has accepted a mentor position and will be updated as soon as Jusun can change her admin status. Please be patient with her as far as how often she be present in her mentor role until she has more regular internet access.
