Mentor = what Advisor used to be, but I think Jusun made it so that Advisors had admincp access since he was the only one.

How odd, well I guess its fine since its nice to have 3 admins and in a sense she still is a admin.

Seriously, give this guy the title already. I mean there's so much shit that happens in Member's Photos then the whole RR community itself. Yall all need that person who can remain composure and let the beef that goes in there go, because it's best to just be blunt about it, and move on. It's not going to do anybody any good, to keep their opinions about other people's photos to themselves. I would make a great MP Staff.

Hell, cB is probably one of the STRICTEST, forums I been on, and I go to about 10+ forums. They let the diss of other people's photos go, and don't moderate that, because I mean cmon, everyone should know not everybody is going to have a positive comment about their photo and how they look like. Gotta let the truth be told yall.

TOYA IS A LOSS

I originally posted this Backstage, but as I'd like to participate in any discussion regarding this post, I thought it would be more suitable here.

Although I haven't been staff for very long, I thought I'd say a couple things before being demoted.

First off, I'll clarify that I'm quitting not because Trish, JC, or Toya are quitting, but because of how hopeless cB and cB's current staff is. I fail to understand why I should try my best and exert any energy on cB when the rest of the Staff isn't.

To be frank, most of cB's current staff fails.

I understand that a lot of you have other personal commitments such as school, work, etc. But quite frankly, cB is a commitment too. Not having time for cB isn't something bad, its just a circumstance of life and growing up. If your commitments don't include a decent amount of dedication to cB, then maybe this ISN'T this the role for you.

There's no point in having a number of potentially stellar people on staff when they aren't here for some reason or the other, nor is there a point in keeping staff that are around, yet timidly ineffective.

Trish's picture incident, and the fact that the majority of Staff has no clue what's going on is proof of that. I'd understand a couple ppl being offline for one day, but majority? It's unacceptable. We are, after all, the ones that are supposed to be modding those things. But the truth is, there's barely any modding going on!

And the time most of the current mods DO spend on cB includes regular member activity around cB and/or bickering backstage. Of course there are exceptions, but for the most part, it boils down to just that. It's ridiculous. I'd have thought that Staff would know how to handle themselves better and be able to set an example for the rest of our members. Isn't that why we're staff? Because we were picked out of the crowd for being sensible members that showed leadership skills, discretion, intelligence, and significant contribution?

Yet sadly, after being back and on Staff, I'm going to have to say that my decision a couple years back of quitting cB was the correct one.

I apologize if I stepped on any toes, as this post wasn't directed to anyone specifically but at the staff at whole, but those are my thoughts.

toya's opinion not being backstage in any form is a loss. she is the most level headed staff member there has been besides mona, imo.

Steph - I think it's great that you didn't really take sides on anything. Drama is pretty hard to deal with when you're on the other side (mod team), and you really have to choose your words. Something I'm not so great at, but being put through it helped me improve. :P

I enjoyed reading your posts and even if you're only here sometimes, you'll still be a part of my posse. I still hope to see you around more, but there's always Facebook. BTW, I'm going to assume you're doing +1 in sex tally every day, even if you don't say so!
