Well, personally I like having you on staff. When you're here, you're really here and your opinions and actions are always valued and well appreciated.

Having said that, if you don't feel like you can right now then you probably shouldn't right now (if that makes sense. Toya and Trish are going to kill me for saying that lol).

For what's it's worth, I'd like for you to want to be here and I'd like for you to remain on Head Staff. You have always wanted to do more and learn more and you're never afraid to ask questions, which I think is fantastic. You're also not afraid to speak your mind and to confront individuals when issues arise that may seem awkward. I just want you to know that you are great (even though I don't believe that has ever been questioned).

I thought you weren't going to use your Admin powers.

She said she's going to be admin for one month before she actually steps down. O_o

Plus, same as when Mona was an admin waiting for her demotion (although not everyone agreed on this), if she's HERE and something needs to be taken care of, I honestly don't see the harm in using her privileges to address the issue. Obviously if she had stepped down in the same manner as Mona, she wouldn't be expected to make any authoritative decisions (punishments for an active member who's done something wrong, etc.), and it would probably be looked upon if she did. However, she is NOT gone yet, so even THAT is not an issue.

^it's for a good cause. i appreciate the offer holly, and the input rebecca. i would have preferred to get the full two and half weeks off that i asked for (since it's really a pretty short break anyway...). it's alright, you can leave me since i'd most likely want to return in February anyway. i'll just post at my leisure for now.

Resented? lol Not at all. I didn't step down with any ill will. Now, when I stepped down from being mentor right after, that's a different story but even then it wasn't out of resentment. It was because (in part) I couldn't work with one of the admins at that time (hint: it wasn't Mona I couldn't work with). If you were curious about "resentment", you could have just asked. ;)
