if i'm not mistaken, posting someone's photo without their consent is against the rules. i admit i have done it before with amber's but that was maybe on three different occasions. tung made it the majority of his posts in a hurtful manner toward members. he created threads or posts in them spiting people and egging everyone on.
i'd like to say there are other people who are doing it but i'm sticking with tung because he was doing it the most and causing more damage.

Honestly if Tung gets suspended, he really can't complain. He knows what rules he's broken over the course of his membership here. If any of you disagree that he's broken over like 10 rules every day since he's been here, you're f**king kidding yourselves.

After reading about the full extent of the incident between Tung and Jeanna, I have to agree that a banning or long term suspension should be considered by the moderating staff.

It's tolerable to an extent Steven. If heavy criticism is to rampant it just poisons the site and it's members. They eventually leave and the site turns into a shit hole.

just to add, since everyone keeps talking about how tung has been so offensive. i think tung's punishment needs to be in regards to the here and now, not an accumulation of posts he's made over the last few weeks. we can quote all over the place where tung has made sexual or somewhat offensive posts, but we can't punish him for those now. if those posts were a problem, they should have been dealt with when they happened, not slapped on later when he happened to piss off the wrong people. so we can show examples of how tung has been out of line, but we can't punish him now for being out of line then. if there has been a continuous problem with tung's posts, that fault now lies with the moderators, not with tung, because if that was the case then tung should have been told to stop. then we get back to what elba and steven were saying though, because we all have different ideas on when that is. nobody has messaged me to complain about tung, and i'm not someone who gets offended at all really on here, so it's the same with elba, i really don't know.

i do think that tung needs to be punished. if he's harassed members the point of leaving the site, then yeah, that's wrong and it deserves punishment. the whole deal with the holly/josh picture, i don't think that's nearly as big of an issue as harassing regular members, but yeah, tung knew what he was doing when he threw that into the equation. i don't think he's innocent at all.

That's exactly how I feel abotu it. He threw it in my face just to piss me off. I'm not mad at the actuall image. I was mad that he disrespected me like that after I stuck up for him. Part of me says, "he was just asking for it so I gave it to him." I could have easily handled it.

I don't have a problem with tung if he's released. As long as he apologizes, cuts his shit, the images come down, and he stops being a jackass in the lounge and feedback section. I don't have a problem.

However, I thought it was unfair that you are basing your arguments of my actions with my posts done in the past. If you guys were so upbeat and offended by my post in the past, why not do anything about it then and warn me then? Why do it now, because I have a negative feedback on you? However, I never supported you for admin ever from the start when Suz died out. She's bipolar, and changes her ways like a 360. If Mona or Suz didn't like what decision she made, she turn around and pretended like she didn't make the decision and was just joking. He is speaking about someone who is supposedly gone, who, therefore, will possibly never read that statement *and have the chance to offended by it. I'd like to point out the fact that tons of people insulted Suzzette after the whole delete-party, but none of them were given verbal warnings.

There's something wrong when you choose to give out verbal warnings when you feel it's what you're "supposed to do" and not what you think should be done. When I was a mod (yes I was a mod so listen to me now) I brought my own personal judgment into everything and if I felt someone was being a pussy about something, TOUGH SHIT for them. They could get over it. I put up with so much shit from Josh. Sure I wrongly verbally warned him, but I apologized for that and learned from it. Point is, if people get offended by me calling them a piece of shit, let them bitch about it. If they get offended by it in the first place, they can get off the fucking internet.

Hey you learn something new everyday..I always had to make one of the letters a different size for it to work.

I think currently with the new staff and such its really hard to have consistency within the staff on who gets warning and whatever. Steven personally I think someone whether it be Josh or who ever should have given you a verbal warning when you made the topic of aestheticyou and angel3. Right now I think its best that for the staff that we all need to just come together and make a list of what people should get punished for and what the punishment would be for such actions. So everyone is on a common ground with what the rules are, because simply having the community guidelines and forum rules is just not working at this point.

I'm all for leniency, because I rather not have the staff up everyone else's ass. I like the community and the staff to be on the same terms and be happy, it eliminates the drama.

So Steven and Michelle, I agree with you guys. Steven should have been verbally warned before when he first started member bashing..not after the member is long gone and he states his opinion.

Spam to me is when someone is in a topic about lets say animals, and they come in there talking about their favorite color or something..and it doesn't fit with the topic at all. Also when someone is going around posting the same thing over and over..Another one is when a member is making one word posts everywhere..unless the topic calls for it (favorite color? How's the weather there?)

Steven has a very good point. You guys cannot punish people for doing the same thing you do. I don't care how much you don't like Nate, you can't act like that to him and then try to enforce rules that say you can't act like that.
