I think Biore is the best.

Beware. Your skin can get worse before it gradually gets better. it takes time for your skin to adjust the chemical. Therefore, there is a possible chance that you will react to it since you're at age when skin is losing it balance.

Besides using Clearasil, why not change your diet for a week?
Avoid spicy food, oily good, high sodium, caffeine, sugary food, and simple carb food. Increase liquid intake! ALOT ALOT ALOT ALOT ALOT of water will benefit your skin, cleanse impurities that skin problems, and etc.

water is a source of healthy skin, body, and health. at the same time, dont eat too much sodium. sodium dehydrates you.

limit your carb intake. carbs and sugar will increase blood pressure which can leads to worsen acne under the dermis.

spicy food, chocolate, and oily food causes acne in SOME cases. there is no scientific link between these food to acne. however, many people do believe the myth because it affected them. so, give a try.

If you decided to put clearsil away, try the simple cetaphil skin cleansing bottle. it has many raves and reviews about it. cetaphil doesnt contain much chemical at all. it's a very weak fash wash. You should go for it especially your skin is consider fine at this condition. You dont want to put anything harsh on your good skin now otherwise you can ruin your skin.

It really depends on what type of acne you have and what's in the product. You can check the label of the product and see whether it has salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.

This is from my InStyle book, and I thought it might help you out:
Salicylic Acid: Used to treat comedonal acne. Comedones are clogged pores caused by oil mixing with dead skin cells to form a thick, sticky substance. An open comedone is a black head. A closed comedone is a whitehead.

Benzoyl Peroxide: Used to treat Papular acne. Papular acne is painful, red bumps. They're caused by bacteria.

I personally use Biore, that has salicylic acid in it. Benzoyl Peroxide is too harsh for my skin and even when I used lotion afterwards, i still broke out.

Clearasil is way to agressive, it dries my skin... i dont use anything, and i dont have zits.

Ehh I don't really like Clearasil. Its good to clean off make up though! I love neutrogena..I think the stress free one is great.

As others already mentioned, it really depends on your skin type. Clearasil didn't work for me at all. I've tried many drugstore brands but they never seemed to do the job. You might as well try it instead of asking.

Clearasil works great for me. I had a couple of pimples on my cheeks few days back and now, they're dried up.

I don't know why. Everytime I use products it drys up my face and makes it even redder (even neutrogena spot treatment). Therefore I found it better to just wash my face daily and drink plenty of water, in a day days it would heal itself.
