^ I do not speak for the whole community when saying this, but Suzzette has been a member of this forum for a very long time. She's also been on staff for quite a while, and did a good job. In my own opinion, I don't think anyone really saw this coming... especially from her. Yes some members have had issues with her, but from the time I've seen her in action, you wouldn't expect her to do something like this. So therefore at the time she was hired, I believe she was probably an excellent candidate, but later on I guess she just broke down or something.

I don't even know if it'd be worth it to take her to court over this. I'm by far no lawyer (or the child of one, ha) but in the end you might be out lawyer fees and get nothing from her. It doesn't hurt to try to build a case. She does need to learn a lesson, but I'm pretty sure no one here wants her to have a criminal record over something that happened on the internet. It wasn't like she hacked anyone. She abused her powers. That's not something deserving of a criminal record. If it's pursued, you should probably go for something small... like enough money to pay you back for your time spent getting the site back up and enough to teach her a lesson.

IP traced back to ISP, ask ISP if brownsugar is a customer, check logs to see if she used that IP on the dates in question, that nails her.

ISP's do provide a lot of information. Like Kyro said, all you have to do is trace. ISP's also know your address...and phone number...

Even though revealing and proving that Suzette is really who she says she is.. the evidence isn't strong enough, especially for any judge to offer a ruling. If anything he needs to come to a settlement with Suzette, what exactly is Micron wanting..money, embarrassment, justice? What justice can be served.. force Suzette to pay 20 bucks for whatever damages have been done. I'm aware this is a popular site, but when this happened at Mugglenet, action was attempted, and then it just died away. What is micron wanting to achieve with this public announcement of the possibility of pressing charges, she left the site, what more can be done.
