Besides It was brought to my attention by a friend of mine that she can actually sue jusun for allowing her private information and images posted up online with out her consent.

Though she did post them on other sites.they are considered stolen as they weren't authorized to be posted here or for all her information to be put up here.

So in a sense we have to be careful on how we deal with this.

So basically we need to be careful how we approach this because when you add the word "sue" in the mix and you have members posting up her information and pictures without her permission.It will make matters complicated for Jusun when or if he actually intends to sue her in court.

Suzzette used her mod powers to such an extent; and that was set about by a mass gang-up. There's no telling what plastering her image around the internet would do to her emotionally and er, make her do...legally.

Sure she 'damaged' property (the online equivelent) and it was a malpractise or misuse of power, or whatever - but you'll have cases where the enormous stress she was under and the general crappy conditions here for her exempt her from blame.

I think the term is 'temporarily insane'.

But I really wouldn't leave these personal profile pictures or signatures up of Suzzette any longer; there is no need. Besides, the air of primary school playground antics is really starting to get to me...
