I RLY should've asked this earlier, but what are some cool places you've heard for prom?

This one school where I'm from had it on a cruise ship. My city's about 2- 2 1/2 hours from the ocean, btw.

^Oh, awesome! We were supposed to have ours on a yacht, but apparently there are some liability issues. :/

:O LUCKY! My school is very cheap. Damn, our prom was at a hotel. It was pretty nice, but it would've been 100x cooler if it was on a cruise! But then again, I think prom tickets were about.. maybe 50-60$, I forget.

I think last year, our seniors went to the EMP, this big music museum downtown. Not sure if they were actually allowed to explore though.

I didn't go to prom last year, but a lot of people just go to a resturant and hang out and then go to the dance... and then do *cough*other*cough* things after the dance that may or may not be *cough*legal*cough*

Last year (I didn't go) they had my school's prom at the NewPort Aquarium (right across the river from Cincinnati). It sounded lame but the pictures were beautiful. It must have been pretty with all the fish swimming around them.

My school actually has it in the gym, but they go crazy. I'm pretty sure the bill last year was in the 500,000's, not including food. The tickets are 150 a piece.
We had a eiffel tower built on the front of the school, and everyone walks in on a red carpet with those spotlight things. It's pretty sick.
