Katie Leung is going to play Cho Chang in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. I saw some pictures of her and no offense to her but she's not that pretty, and she doesnt look like cho chang at all.

here's the cast for goblet of fire! reactions? opinions? frankly, i'm disappointed by fleur and cho. you can't really see katie leung very clearly in that picture, but i've seen others--she's not attractive to me at all. a lot of other asians i know were also extremely disappointed by katie as well.

and whats up with fleur? she doesn't look like a veela. meh.

Hah, yeah I think almost everyone I know is disappointed in the choice for Cho. I kinda dreamed about doing it, but I don't live in England and I'm not much of an actress. And yeah, Fleur doesn't really seem like what I expected (Isn't she supposed to have blonde hair or something?)...

i love miranda Richardson, i'm sure she'll be great. But yes, i was disappointed when i saw the trailer and was like, "SHE is playing CHO?!?!?!" (Katie Lenng)...It totally she be Katie Mills up there! (me:) haha. but i seriously did want to try out for that part. And i'm sure every asian girl in the world did. I just couldn't fly all the way to London for an audition haha. I never would of gotten the part, but i did expect Cho to be very different.

the igor karkaroff guy looks like a dead monk on the movies... (i saw the screen captures) totally unlike what i expected and i thought cho and fleur would be a lot prettier (and it would have been nice to be cho, but she breaks up with him lie 2 days later, so that's kinda useless ) and madame maxime is so ugly looking i thought she would be chubby like hagrid! and at least blonde like in the books! and i imagine moody to be totally different... practically like a moving wooden statue for some reason...

the crouches, cedric diggory and rita skeeter were good choices though

I was VERY disspointed by Fluer and Rita. Fleur is supposed to be all tall and flowy and long silver hair and this girl looks too athletic to me. And Rita is just...I don't know. I just don't like the lady..

YAHHH i know i thought fleur was suppose to be extremely pretty, and cho. grr i wish i was her lmao. and when i first saw the pictures i thought the person who played Cedric was actually suppose to be the other dude. oh poop forgot his name. I was disappointed in fleur. I was expecting her to be GORGEOUS since she's supposed to be the girl that every guy kinda goes after coz she's villa. Or maybe they're using the whole villa thing as a way to compensate coz she's not as pretty? I dunno LOL

Actually, I felt okay about the choice for Cho. Some people just don't look too great in pictures, and I think she's one of them. I saw her on some entertainment show in action, and she looked very pretty there.

And you know, I don't think Brenda Song is all that pretty either. Amazing what a bit of makeup can do, IMO. What ethnicity is she, anyway? Chinese? Viet? She just looks way too slutty to be Cho. And Cho's a Ravenclaw. Sorry.

I don't like Katie Leung acting as Cho Chang; they should've gotten somebody better, IMO.
The girl who plays Fleur Delacour is pretty, though. I only hope both can act well in the movie, when it comes out.

I don't think being a Giant necessarily means you're fat. I think it means you're just taller and larger, but proportionately larger.

Madame Maxime's facial features are kinda sloth-like, don't you think? Like, they're droopy. It's kinda how I imagined a giant's face to look like, y'know? Looks very sleepy. I think she'd do okay.

Oh, and I mean, most of the pictures here are pictures of the actors in real life, not in the movie. If you posted a picture of Hagrid as a real life person, without all that stage makeup/beard, etc, you'd all probably say he looked horrible as Hagrid. Same with Snape. Has anyone seen Love Actually? He's totally different in there.
