So I had to take a cheese knowledgetest today. And that means basically that you go in sit down and its a assembly line of hundreds of cheeses that you have to identify.
So,today i have had in total of over 160 different kinds of cheese. All of that cheese running through my digestive system.....Did i mention i was lactose intolerant?
So my fiance made some pizza and now the thought and smell of more cheese is making me sick as f**k.
So...How is everyone doing today?

160? Wow. So it's just identifying them? By smell, color, texture or something? How well do you think you did? :x

But if I had to identify 160 types? I may never want to see cheese again

What was the test for? A job, or something?

I come from the land of cheese... Wisconsin, lol. I'm not a big cheese eater, though, but I've heard our cheese here doesn't taste like cheese anywhere else.
I'm not much of a dairy product eater because it gives me stomach aches... but when I was younger I drink whole milk all the time.

Yeah, if I had to test 160 types of cheese I think I'd throw up. And I thought it was bad in foods class when we had to taste three different types of cheese...
'Congrats on getting your fiance to cook! Now you have more time to make us CBers some good food
