Hey all
So I needed some advice...
I just asked this girl at my college out but, I'm really more interested in having her as a really close cool friend (we barely know each other), cause I've seen her around and she seemed like a real sweet, cool, (and yes, cute) chick to know (plus she's got some nice eyes ;)).
Part of the reason I know I don't want to... say get in a "relationship" with this girl is I'm moving to california in 3 months...
Anyways I feel kinda stupid now because asking her out probably wasn't the best idea. But is there a way I can make sure she doesn't "get the wrong idea" but still wants to chill?

There's nothing wrong with hanging out with her. Maybe just hang out with her at places there's other people, too. Obviously, don't take her out to dinner and a movie and expect her not to get that idea.

ask her to hang out with your friends or hers. It doesn't feel like a date, if you're in a group.

Dude, you're asking the wrong people here. Everyone here is like thirteen years old.
If you're moving away in three months, just try to hook up. Screw the eyes. Lots of girls have nice eyes. ESPECIALLY IN CALI. I'm sure, I've never been though.
