alright, so i used to be fat like last year.
but since then i've started eating better, plus i walk alot more and skate instead of always driving places.
i lost alot of weight, and now that i lost weight i just wanna get in shape better.
like i lost all the weight, but i still got a little gut.
sit-ups?
i was told don't do sit-ups the regular way, but somehow by bringing your legs up instead of your upper body will work better.
