Miami Ink. I don't like the whole "It's LA, let's show Kat in a bikini" thing they've been doing since the show started. That's not to say that I hate Kat, I love her work; I just don't like the forced sex appeal TLC has put in.

i went in with an open mind cuz she's hot and that's ok, but i think that if she's going on about being taken seriously by the menfolk in the industry, she's certainly not doing a good job of proving it... i mean come on... televising your breast implants! i'm starting to think it's just pretty tv for mindless men to drool over... i know sex sells and all, but have a little class!
p.s. i think kat is phenomenal at what she does, i just dislike her as a person...

I can't say, and you can't say, you dislike her as a person. Simply because YOU don't know her, unless you do. Her work is phenomenal. KAT's the shit, and we only know of her from what we see unless otherwise.

that is SO cool! i'm wicked jealous... i have one tattoo in mind that i want on my forearm that i wish i could get ami to do for me... buuuut the odds of that are slim being that they're booked FOREVER and it would cost 100x more than at a tattoo shop in my area
QUOTE(jammylise @ Aug 29 2007, 12:39 AM)

Miami Ink of course.
*phew* i was starting to think that i was alone on this front, but i am thrilled to see i was wrong! my baby daddy and i are always arguing over which one is better... i think he just likes to drool over kat von tramp

LA INK FTW.
I love this show. Although I did like Miami Ink I just really like Kat's personality and I find her show interesting. I love the people she got together to help run the tattoo shop too, talented crew.

Ah that I can completely understand and agree with. Although I guess I still like LA Ink better. xD

hmmm... i remember that show "inked" vaguely... hart & huntington right? i don't think it's on anymore... i did like it though...
although i don't personally know kat, i have seen what she was like on miami ink and that gave me a very negative opinion of her... she seemed very disrespectful, ungrateful, pretentious, and hostile... and although her attitude has improved somewhat for l.a. ink, i still can't find anything except for her skill as a b&w/portrait artist that i actually like about her...

When you do get it you should definately post pictures

.
If it were up too me, I'd cover my entire body in tatoos.

I would have to say for the most part the artists on LA Ink are better.
I thought I would hate the show, but the work is just to good to argue with.
I don't think the artist on Miami are all that great. Except Garver, he is awesome.
