I hate people who can't take racial jokes in a joking manner when you clearly are joking. I do agree with you on the issue of people who are seriously racially prejudiced but fake about it in person.

I may make a ruckus about it, but when I do it's all in good fun, and people know that. I make fun of myself all the time. I'm a white male American and as far as I know, I'm the root of all the world's evil because I'm a conservative and so are republicans.

I think some of the most understand people can poke fun at other races if it's all in good humor. But if it gets to the point where it offends someone, than you should lay off.Just cuz you make jokes doesnt mean you're necessarily a racist: I poke fun at my own and other ethnicities all the time, doesn't mean I have anything against them whatsoever.

Well, there are really three different people when it comes to racism.

Racists, the worst kind obviously. These are generally the kind who will say nigg er to a black man's face to start a fight. Predominantly white, mostly Southern, they hate anybody who is foreign and if they have an ethnic friend, they will repeatedly tell this person how much they hate his kind, even if the topic of conversation has nothing to do with race.

Affected Racists, something has happened to make these people racist. Could be anything, could be that they were robbed, attacked or someone they know was attacked, or were just brought up to believe certain untruths. These people can usually be changed.

Non-Racists, these are actually two groups in itself. The first is the "offended" non-racist which a lot of younger people or self-righteous people who think anything derogatory said about any race is extremely offensive, even when it was not directed towards them. They don't even have to be part of the conversation. The second is "normal" non-racists who can openly tell a racist joke or talk about a group of people badly who happen to mostly be the same race without getting offended. For instance, I myslef hate gangsters. I loathe gangsters, I think they're all scum and worthless pieces of shit. But some might think I'm talking about blacks. No, Im talking about gangsters, white, chinese, though most are black. Now if someone comes up to me and says they hate n****rs, I'd be offended. But if they happen to be black, I'd understand what he was talking about.

Everyone's had an experience with discrimination... whether it be race or not. As long as people have free thought they're going to not like certian things. I live in the country, I know how people can be. I'm not stereotyping, but there's lots of people around here that are assholes. I don't like it, so I let them know that I don't like it, but none of us are perfect. I'm not trying to change how they feel (because I wouldn't want them to do that to me) but I let them know to shut their faces around me and at least be honest with themselves (not be racist and then nice to their faces.)

No I don't feel you. In fact, I don't ever want to feel you. The only thing I have ever felt from you is your stupidity. I put black people on the hot seat because the majority of black people I have come into contact with have treated me like shit (not on this site though). It's a defense mechanism in your brain. At this point, my brain literally associates black people (If I don't know them of course) with "don't trust him/her, they're going to cause you grief". Mostly I just avoid them if I don't know them. I don't go out of my way to be racist.
