I've been going on createblog.com for a really long time. I looked at the myspace layouts, xanga layout, and tutorials. I was wondering, does anybody know how to put a video in a picture? Like..how do you take a part of a video and make/put it into a banner or icon? I need to know because I'm making a siggy for my sister. Please answer! Thank you
