So, I was browsing Sephora.com because I can't sleep, and stumbled across these spray on shampoo products. Do you think these products work? Actually cleaning your hair as a quick fix until you get the chance to shower? How long does the effect last?
Mainly, has anyone tried these products or similar ones? If so, how well do they work?
Here are a few that I found;

Rub-Out Dry Cleanser
What it is:
A refreshing dry shampoo spray for all hair types that instantly erases impurities, toxins, excess oil, and product build-up.

Naturia Dry Shampoo
Perfect for the gym bag, long flights, camping, office drawer, maintaining your hairstyle, or avoiding frequent shampooing, Naturia Dry Shampoo cleanses hair in minutes leaving it light, luminous, and perfectly healthy, without using water.
This unique formula instantly absorbs impurities and oil on the hair and scalp with a patented formula containing kaolin clay, silica, rice, and cornstarch powders for antistatic and antisebum action as well as the high absorption power of essential oils of peppermint, caraway, and basil to soften hair.
To use: Spray onto hair at a distance of 10 inches. Leave on for two minutes, then brush out.

Pronto Dry Shampoo
Refresh, revive, and recharge hair and scalp without water. Pronto is perfect for use between washings, in a rush, as a midday hair pick-me-up, or when you overdose on styling product.
Natural rice, oat, and tapioca starches cleanse hair by absorbing excess oil, product, and grease and increase hair volume at the roots without weighing hair down. Triclosan and tea tree oil help treat the scalp and reduce the occurrence of dandruff, while the invigorating lemon verbena fragrance leaves hair smelling and feeling fresh.

Dry shampoos have been around for awhile. To my understanding/assumption, they work pretty well - many magazines recommend them. They just absorb the oil like baby powder would except with a higher price tag.
I was looking into dry shampoos myself because the summer heat was making me sweat a lot and getting my roots a lot oilier. I go to makeupalley.com and reviewers there gave really high marks to Klorane Dry Shampoos.

They remind me of hand sanitizer, really. They clean but they still leave a little dirt in one part of your hair.

I haven't tried it or heard of it until now.

I don't know, sometimes there isn't enough time to shower and style hair. It's nice to have a back up.

Kinda random, but they're nice to have when you go camping... because obviously there's no place to shower and depending where you are it's not like you can jump in a river, lol.

Well... sometimes people don't have access to running water, so they just gotta do with what they've got.
I need to pick one of these up for when I go to Disney. I hate how airplane makes my hair smell.

but ehg
i cant live without my shower/shampoo/conditioner everyday, it just wouldnt feel right
Same. I'm one of those people who can't stand not being clean. Sometimes, even if I'm clean, but I feel gross, I'll end up showering twice. I just can't stand the idea of being dirty or my hair being dirty. Thank god my hair doesn't dry out or get damaged from excess shampoo.

I know most seniors use it that can't get out of bed.

I wouldn't be able to do it, I would still feel dirty but I don't go camping either.

Found it again! Blueberry's good too.
I usually don't take very long showers so there wouldn't ever be a time where I would need to use this...if I don't have time to do my hair, I'll just put it up or something. I've really never even heard of dry shampoo...it doesn't sound like my hair would feel nice afterward though.
