so let's talk about stores that plenty of people love so much, but you (or we?) just don't get.
number one on my list is american eagle.
the number of girls sporting their signature back pocket design on their jeans has definitely gone down since middle school, but come on... their jeans don't have that great quality, and they're still selling them at $40, $50, or even $60 a piece from what i remember. the fading and washes are just not that great either.
also, their tops? how passe. terrible quality as well and tacky designs. some of their hoodies have acceptable quality, but the design is still so so so tacky. i just don't understand what people see in this store. occasionally they'll come out with a cute accessory, but for the most part they look ridiculously cheap and are only variants of the collections from before.
complain away!

^ Wal-Mart is more than a clothing store. I think the Wal-Mart Superstores are the ones that sell goldfish.
But I'm not big on stores like Hollister and American Eagle. Too expensive for my taste for a pair of jeans or a shirt that basically just has the logo on it. Not much more to it. Not that I've seen anyway.

LMAO I love Hollister but hate Abercrombie...
I know most people think they are like the same... but they're not.
Abercrombie always smells funny
Abercrombie is just like an even more expensive American Eagle... and I totally agree with Revoltaire... no style, just the same thing every year... BLECH

I don't hate these stores, per se, but they're just so overrated. Quality's not up to par half the time (I bought a T-shirt from Abercrombie that started pilling IMMEDIATELY), prices are incredibly unreasonable and the styles are so...the same. I can think of so many other stores that offer much more than these ones do.
Another store I hate: The Gap. It's not bad, if you want to buy basics. But isn't the whole point of said basics to buy something that you can wear for many, many years? The Gap throws out pair after pair of khaki pants and pushes a billion different button-down shirts and blue jeans with shitty washes and crappy cuts, and it's not surprising that they're not doing well. Who wants to keep buying the same thing? Everytime I step into my neighbourhood Gap, it's a complete snoozefest.

I HATE URBAN OUTFITTERS.
:O yes i do.
their stuff is ridiculously expensive and made of thin material. and it looks like what gypsies would wear. $30 for a tshirt that has to be layered with another shirt so you can't see my nipples? no thanks.
i like their decorations and misc stuff though!
and i bought $20 jeans from american eagle and they are so comfy! but i don't shop there otherwise.
oh and i don't like wet seal. tacky. it's okay if you want to buy a basic cheap beater but otherwise...bleh.

Aeropostale is gross. All of their clothes look like they're fit for fourth graders.

Aeropostale and American Eagle <_< I never shop at either. They're both annoying and cheap.

#1- abercrombie and fitch.
-wtf? a pair of regular boot legged jeans can cost more than $60. and a pair of destroyed denim? $80?!!? plus their materials suckkk. die you racist whores!!!
#2-aeropostale.
-you guys still have your signature monkey shirts from 10 years ago..?
#3- hollister.
turn on the lights, actually make your aisles "walk through-able" and make better goods.
#4- victorias secret.
$50 for a bra?...a bra with so much padding that it feels totally fake? yea, no thanks. the only reason why i go there is to get my signature scent. when it's on sale.
#5- buckle.
why is everything so f**king expensive?

i don`t usually complain about clothing stores because i generally like all of them to certain extents, but there are just some that get on my nerve. out of the top of my head:
#1 Hot Topic - in every Hot Topic store i`ve gone into, the workers always stared me down and were very rude to me. the music scares me too.
#2 Forever 21 - tacky clothing. period.
#3 JC Penney - it just.. sucks.

Wet Seal and Forever 21! The material and fit is horrible, except for the occassional plain tee or something. Most of the stuff is polyester or plastic and way too trendy

Yesss. and I hate how ALL OF THEIR CLOTHES say Aeropostale on them.
And those stupid monkeys/animals aren't even cute!
Some hollister clothes are
okay but I don't really like that store. AE is better than both, Hollister and Aeropostale, but I still rarely go in there.
My least favorite store would probably have to be... Saks fifth.
It's over-priced crap. I saw a shirt in there for $45, and found the exact same shirt at Delias for $24.

I actually find AE jeans to be decent quality. The darkness of Hollister and Abercrombie is actually what I like. Call me weird but that's how I roll.
I used to like Old Navy but now I look down on it.
Seriously the quality just degraded, and looks tackier by the day.
