i want to crochet a beanie though with flaps, like traigular flaps over the ears and then like little strings hanging from them, do you get me?

kind of hippie style, or winter-y. i need help finding a pattern online for this, can someone help

Hmm... Have you tried Googling it? I'd suggest going into a fabric store to buy a knitting / crocheting patterns book ^_^ I was actually looking through a beanies / berets patterns book today in JoAnns.

If you look up beanie patterns, I'm sure many websites will have different styles available. *shrug
