was speedin on accident due to fast music. Saw a cop waiting on the side of the road. Slammed on breaks, no ticket *phew*. I think it was because I wasn't driving my car, rather a Trailblazer lol and he thought I was a soccermom or something.

What are some close calls for y'all?

Not really, I go the speed limit and sometimes like a little over, I look for the cops, and if I see one, automcatically slowwww down.

I was in a middle of a meeting conference and I ripped this huge ass fart and I looked at the guy next to me, luckily everyone else did too.

happens to me all the time. no matter what, if i see a cop and i'm going like 10 over, i never get pulled over or someone will already be pulled over and i can just slow down.

I live in Houston. If you want to get anywhere it's by highway. Man that almost broke my record for time not getting a ticket lol. Gotta keep speeds lower nowadays :(

i'm the type of person that'll speed anywhere and hate being stuck behind people, no matter if they go the speed limit or not.

I am like that too, but due to the tickets I've received in a rather short amount of time, I gotta go slower for at least the next 2 years so the points get off my record

Not risking spreeding ticket, in MA they passed the new law for JOL [junior operator] and I'm still on until 2 more months but yea, it's an automatic $500 dollar fine + speeding money, and license is suspended for 6 months, take a driving class, and BLAH, not risking my life for all of that and my money. I'd be killed and dead by my parents.

A group of friends and I were going across the street and like we got across like a second before a car comes and bumps into a tree and goes KABOOM. This other time I was out of it and nearly got run over by a car.

I thought you shouldnt slam on the breaks because then they'd know you were speeding and they'd stop you...

My mom told me to just let go of the accelerator...

I was about to cross the queens blvd. without looking. Luckily, my friend pulled me back and a dozen cars zoomed by where I was standing.

^Ah I was crossing Queens Blvd. and in the middle of walking the light changed, but I was near the other end so I just decided to keep going and this darn car nearly ran me over.

Sounds like my dad.

But if everyone is going down the road behind a cop, my dad will just be like "OMG ITS JUST A COP!" and will pass him. Cause most of the time everyone is staying behind the cop going slightly under the speed limit.
It's my favorite.

Anyway, never had any close calls, never gotten a ticket, nope nope nope.

Lol I love doing that! Like the cop will be going 63 in a 65, and I'll hit 65 and pass everyone including the cop. Also by cops, I love flooring it and stopping right at the speed limit. It also adds to the awesomeness because my exhaust is hella loud (not over the noise limit loud tho)

Ah. There is this one road that my development is off of, and there are never any cops there, and I always do a rolling stop out of my development, and then today I noticed there was a cop coming down the road, but behind the car coming. I got really nervous, but I'm pretty sure he didn't see since the road kind of curved. Woo.

Another time I had to get to a movie theater on time, and it usually takes like 40 minutes to get to the theater that I had to go to to meet someone, and I only had twenty five minutes to get there, so I took back roads and was going like 50+ when the speed limit was around 35... Saw a cop. I got so nervous that I slightly slammed my breaks. Thank god he didn't turn around and go after me. Got to the theater in 20 minutes though :]

I've almost walked into a busy street on a couple occasions while not paying attention.

The last time it happened was about a month ago in Las Vegas

i do the same thing. people f**king think that if you pass a cop, he's going to assume you're speeding. ok? just do the speed limit and stop being scared because he's there.

I get nervous when there's cops around. I do not want to pass them up Besides, I have no auto insurance and my registration is about to expire--although it should have been suspended by now.

Well, the DMV is supposed to suspend your registration if you don't have auto insurance. I don't know why they never suspended mine. And I'm coming up for renewal on my registration--or it already passed--but I need auto insurance to renew it. I don't have auto insurance because I can't afford it.

Well, I always can figure out which car is an undercover cop luckily or notice when a cop is around which is good...as I am a very speedy driver...and I have never been pulled over or anything. Woo!

I hate when cops/state olice on the highway are in the far right lane and tail gates people so they would move so the cop would pass.
