Ok, Um... Do IPs only track on where the data is sent from? I mean does it not track the email address or website url of the person who sent the data?

Ok, not 'track'... Well, what does it do? Does it tell you its information about the user?? I guess it only gives the nameservers only...

The IP address is an address that everyone has and/or is assigned. The IP address doesn't really do anything. It can help you identify the person that visited your site so to speak. I believe it can help give you the location of them and etc.
Nameservers? Um I don't think the IP address actually does that. I think whatever tracker etc you use will give you the domain or webpage in which they reached your site from..

IP is basically the name of your computer from where you are

Allright thanks for your inputs. Just thought an IP would tell me the user's email address and/or website url... Without any kind of tracker. But I guess that gives me nothing.
