Have you ever wanted to just be held in someone's arms? Just for no reason.. the warmth of someone being there for you. But you don't want to date them?

Well, I thought it would be nice to have a snuggle buddy, but boyfriends would get jealous. I just need someone to hold. I don't need a real relationship. Just the thought and feeling of knowing someone is there for you. Anyone else feel this way?

It makes me feel so.. unappreciative of my friends because they hug me like all the time. But hugging a friend just isn't the same. There's a deeper feeling in a snuggle buddy. Snuggling doesn't have to be sexual.

When I used to be single, that was all I wanted. Especially when I was living on campus... it felt weird sleeping all alone on the bed so I would go sleep in my friends' beds. And no, I don't mean it in a sleazy way. I just wanted another warm body next to mine. Sometimes we snuggled, sometimes we didn't. It didnt' realy matter to me anyway.

Now I have a permanent snuggle buddy.

Maybe its just me but I wouldnt just like to hold someone because then I feel like I am just being used...but then again I have done it...so I am not going to be a hypocrite

I've thought about it, but it's not like I'd go up to a friend and say, "Hold me." And they would actually do so. I think it'd kinda' make 'em worry and ask what's wrong. It'd be nice though.

oo, i've never heard of the term "snuggle buddies" before (well, what do ya know? you learn something new everyday!). Anyways, it sounds nice to have one... especially when you're feeling really down, and the other person's arms surround you, making you feel all safe and warm...

Yeah... I wish I had a snuggle buddy... And occasionally my friend and I will snuggle up, and I wonder whether or not there are feelings between us... It is one of those things that you ask yourself like "how would they take this" ya know
