I dont exactly know what these are called so.. i couldnt search for it.

But does anybody know a good tutorial for this type of graphic??

i would imagine you can make one the same way as you would make anyother graphic. Just copy the dimensions [sp?] and make it say what you want _smile.gif

To make a userbar like that, you would normally start out with a solid background. At this point, you can try experimenting with gradients on that color. Next, make a new layer and fill it with a diagonal pattern, like in the example you gave us. Once the diagonal pattern is filled in that new layer, lower the opacity to your liking. Then grab a pixel font (you can get some at http://www.dafont.com) and type in whatever. To get it like your example, you can stroke that pixel font with 1 pixel of black.
