I followed everything through, but there is one part that seems to stun me which i dont get it because what is transperancy mask?

that's the site that gives me hints for rounded frames but when it says "Ctrl-click to load is transperancy mask" and when i do nothing is loaded?... I just need help with these step by step w/pictures. Please help me out.

thanks but i know how to do the rounded picture, im looking for to make rounded frames for layouts and stuff..if you get what i mean. o.O
