Do you have forgive and forget, forget and not forgive, do neither, or forgive and not forget?

i usually forgive and not forget, but with my bad memory, i end up forgetting anyways. :(

I usually forgive and not forget. I don't usually hold it over their heads, but if they hurt me why should I just act like nothing ever happened? Sometimes I'll be more cautious with someone (depending on what the did that needs my forgiving) but I'm not going to throw it back at 'em.
