i found someone who stole my icon and claimed it as hers. i don't know if she did it without knowing or not. what should i do?

I agree, try contacting the host. I'm not so sure if they'd be too receptive to the copyright claims of one person rather than a company, though.

Yeah, just try to contact her. See if she's direct linking it and if she is you can edit the avatar to say whatever you want and re-upload it or remove it all together. There's no harm in asking.

anyway, i've seen so many avatars stolen and claimed over and over, its kinda' funny. theres like 1 avatar that i see on EVERY avatar site that i go on.

i think this is a little late. but thanks for all your advice. i told one of the staff and they deleted it the graphic. thanks again you guys.
