so theres this girl and i really like her. i mean ive liked people before but i never had the guts to tell them but she made the first move and now im sprung. the problem is ive never had a real relationship because i always push people away before they get to close. i dont want to get my heart broken but then again i think we have something good going. should i go through with it??? or should i break her heart before she breaks mine?

If you're scared to get into a relationship because you're afraid she'll break your heart, chances are you're not ready for a relationship.
If you really like her enough to take that chance, go out with her. If you don't think you're ready, tell her you're not ready and give it a couple more years.

Maybe this is a chance for you to learn how to finally go through a relationship. Not all relationships end in heartbreak; some are actually mutual heartbreaks. Of course, there will be the leftover feelings to deal with, but still. You haven't even gotten there yet. You just gotta remember to live for today. I mean, what if she leaves and you never get the chance to be in a relationship with her?
