It's very timeless looking, like an old book illustration. I have an illustration from a Shel Silverstein book in mind, but can't quite place it.

Something about the face is off, i think it might just be the angle that the nose is at

Nate's amazing, & so funny! :] I'm not quite sure why he had a flower behind his ear, but he has them in a couple other photos as well x]

Ah don't outline in dark pencil, it kills almost any pencil drawing. It's ok, try to work on getting a bit more contrast. The face looks pretty flat.
