Hey, I'm pretty new to CSS and stuff, and I don't really know what I'm doing. XD;

I've just finished doing some graphics; I have some pictures of how I want the layout to be, I'm just not sure how to make it a reality through CSS. I want the background to be fixed, and I want the header to go into the main journal. I guess that's about it! Here's my screen shots of how I want it to look:

Can someone help me out? I need someone to point me in the right direction, or something. XD

Which system do you want to use? S1 uses more HTML, and S2 uses more CSS, which you mentioned. I prefer S2, and it would be pretty easy to do this.
