this is really long. thank you if you read all of it.

so i've liked this guy(lee)for two years straight. seriously. at one point we were extremely good friends. anyways, my cousin britni has decided that she likes him too. over the last few days, her and my other friends have gone places with guys. she flirts with all of them. she even got in the car w/ one of them and went somewhere and left the rest of us there. i don't know what exactaly they did, but they sure were acting very giggly when she got back. the night before last, lee and britni went to a fireworks thing. i don't know what happened, but apparently they started going out. last night, lee's friend, lee, britni, and i all went to this party. the entire time, they were holding hands, but britni was flirting with these two other guys with him right beside her. lee brought his friend, and completey left him and britni completely left me. she rubbed it in my face the whole time that she was there with and him and i wasn't, while checking out other guys the whole time. and she told me that she was checking them out. everytime she would kiss him, she would look over at me and smirk. i'm not going to lie. i've always been jelous of her. she gets all the guys. i told her when i first started liking him, and she's known that i liked him since. i used to talk about him all the time, and about a week before they started going out, she asked me if i still liked him and i said yeah. so she knew it the whole time. i told him that i liked him and he didn't say if he liked me or not. she had told her mom that she likes two other guys and her mom told me that she was cheating on lee. also, her (supposed to be) best friend, anna, goes out with this guy named aj. i was reading his picture comments on myspace yesterday, and there was a comment from britni that said "SEXI.....i love it...sshh dont tell ana..". i know that just because he may not like me doesn't mean he's off limits for her or anyone else, but it still pisses me off. so....yeah. what should i do. i'm over lee, but i'm not sure if i should tell them both that i'm pissed or not. i don't want to start any drama but i don't want to let them get away with doing this to me without hearing what i have to say about it. help. am i overreacting.

You dont know how to get guys, you need to finger their ass and tickle their toes.

Well, it sounds like your cousin is acting like a bitch.
I think that if you want them to know, you should definitely say something. You say you don't want to start drama, but you shouldn't worry about that because your cousin is the one who started the drama in the first place.
Hopefully they'll listen to you, but your cousin seems like she's only caring about herself.

i've been considering it. my mom keeps telling me that she doesn't actually like him and that she's just doing this to piss me off. of course, that's coming from my mom.

Well it sounds like you an Lee were tight so tell him gently. Let him know that you're not trying to break them up so you two can be together. But you have to let him know that your cousin is only going out with him because you used to like him.

It does seem like your cousin is doing it to make you mad because you said she smirks at you when she's with him. That's probably why she's targeting Lee as well.

Talk to lee about him being cheated on. As far as getting guys. Just be yourself, and the right guy will come along sooner or later. Out of curiosity, how old are you, lee, and britni?

the thing is, i don't now if he'll believe me. i know that he didn't like me, but we were like really good frends and now we're not, which leads me to believe that britni as told him something about me. he'll probably believe her more than me as of right now.

^lee and i are thirteen. britni is fourteen. which is another reason why i don't understand her resoning. she has never liked a younger guy. she usually goes for the guys that are way older than her.

ignore them and move on with your life. find a guy who'll like you for you and not for acting like a skank. your cousin seems like an attention whore, and if you show even a hint that she has gotten to you, she'll just revel in it. as for lee, the truth will come out someday and he'll realize what an idiot he was.

I also agree with moving on. There has to be a better person out there for you. It's hard; I know! And sometimes it hurts. But sometimes, a guy is put in your life to show you what's really best for you. Sorry about the Britni thing. Doesn't really seem like a good friend...to me.

you should start taking lessons from britni...ask her to fill you in on how she does it, and if you dont throw-up too much, it really could be your thing

i agree that you should forget about them. clearly your cousin doesn't understand that family comes first. at 13 you're just starting to experience your life. i didn't have my first boyfriend or first kiss until i was almost 14 (and it wasn't something that you'd want to remember as your first kiss) and 90% of the people i know haven't had bf's or been kissed. be who you are, you'll go farther in life. slutty obnoxious rude boyfriend stealing girls don't get far, they usually get to the street corner and wait for some shiny car with some rich guy with marital problems to whisk them away for a night of.... i think you get where this is going. just wait. you don't need to try and show off or whatever to get this guy lee. you don't need to be britni to get him. britni may have gotten him because of her looks, but he's bound to find out that her personality... to put it bluntly sucks. you'll find the guy that likes you, for you, and not for your looks, money, car, boobs, etc. lee will realize that she's not a great person, and if he doesn't then maybe he's not the person that you thought he was. good luck with everything! you'll find that special guy one day and then you'll realize how wrong those other guys you had "issues" or "problems" (whatever you want to call them) with. :]

At that age, there are many guys that are looking for girls with their superficial eye. Especially since many are going through hormonal changes and some girls are getting boobs and such. I remember in middle school football it was all we really talked about.

aaah. you guys made me smile. you described her exactally. i've been looking at all her "very good guy friend's" myspace, and she sure has been calling them babe, darling, ect. and saying i love you a lot to them. even though they go out.
