It's a thinking riddle, which would explain my having read the answer after 30 seconds of thinking
A woman shoots her husband.
Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes.
Finally, she hangs him.
But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together.
How can this be?
Answer: The woman was a photographer. She shot a picture of her husband, developed it, and hung it up to dry.

ok, here is a good riddle I found on the internet.
You're driving a bus that is leaving on a trip from Pennsylvania and ending in New York. To start off with, there were 32 passengers on the bus. At the next bus stop, 11 people get off and 9 people get on. At the next bus stop, 2 people get off and 2 people get on. At the next bus stop, 12 people get on and 16 people get off. At the next bus stop, 5 people get on and 3 people get off. What color are the bus driver's eyes?

Answer: YOU are driving the bus, so the color is of course the color of your own eyes.

the wife took pictures of him and then puts the film under water for it to develop and then hangs it to let it dry? or something like that process.
