B&N didn't have this one book I wanted, so I pre-ordered it, and then it got lost on the truck, and then again in shipping, that I didn't get my book until a month later. So angry. But, eh, I got the book eventually, so it's all good.
That kinda happened to me earlier this summer. I went to B&N, but both of the books I needed were sold out, so I went online and ordered them. I got the first book on time, but the other was rescheduled and wouldn't come in for another week. I FINALLY got the package only to see that they shipped me the wrong book.
I've yet to return it... I haven't exactly gotten to it yet.
